Master Drupal 8’s new Twig templating engine to create fun and fast websites with simple steps to help you move from concept to completion. Starting from the bottom up we will walk through setting up and configuring a new Drupal 8 website, learn how to work with core themes and create a Twig theme. We will discuss best practices in an effort to help you avoid some of the common mistakes many front-end developers run into.

Participants should have with them:

• A laptop with PHP 5.6 or higher and the following items installed:
  • Composer
  • Drush 8
  • Drupal Console
